We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch – perfect when you need your gear quickly.
2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch – great when you’re planning ahead.

All orders take 1-2 days to process before shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your surf gear’s journey to your doorstep!

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition – just like you’d want them if you were the buyer. Because in surfing as in shopping, sometimes you need to paddle out and try again.
